| The Plantation and Preserve at Brookwood Homeowners Association, Inc. was incorporated as a non-profit Georgia corporation. The Association is currently goverened by a duly-elected Board of Directors who are responsible for the overall administration of the Assocation within the limits and allowances of the governing documents. There are three (3) main governing documents for the Association; 1) Articles of Incorporation, 2) By-Laws, and 3) Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions. The Documents selection to the left will link to information on on these and most other Association documents, including rules, regulations, and guidelines.
